A Diamond is Forever and So Are Your Ancestors

Diamonds are common heirlooms that are often passed down from generation to generation because of their sentimental and economic value. A small company in Switzerland called Algordanza has now found a unique way to create a diamond heirloom.

The company takes the cremation ashes from a loved one and using modern technology turns the ashes into a diamond. The diamond then becomes a permanent memento for the family, which can be used as part of a ring or broach setting. What an interesting way to keep your ancestors close to your heart.
